Meet Our Ford Administration Team!

Ford Elementary is proud to be led by Principal Viviana Harris, who has served in this role since 2021. Her journey with Ford began earlier as the campus assistant principal, establishing deep roots within the school community. Now entering her 26th year in education, Mrs. Harris brings a wealth of experience and a strong, heartfelt commitment to student success.

A dedicated and compassionate leader, Mrs. Harris works to ensure the best outcomes for all Falcon families. Her passion for education, meaningful relationships with students and staff, and unwavering belief in the potential of every child continue to cultivate a positive, supportive, and thriving school environment.


Mandi Hess serves as Assistant Principal at Ford Elementary and has been a valued member of the Ford family since 2021. With 26 years of experience in education, Mrs. Hess brings both wisdom and warmth to her leadership role. She is dedicated to building strong, meaningful relationships with students, families, and staff, and believes that laughter, encouragement, and connection are essential parts of a thriving school community.

Mrs. Hess is committed to supporting the academic and personal growth of every student and takes great pride in helping create a positive, collaborative, and joyful learning environment at Ford Elementary.


Janeia Biggens proudly serves as the school counselor for kindergarten, second, and fourth grades at Ford Elementary. She has been a dedicated member of the Ford family since 2006, providing support to students as they grow academically, socially, and emotionally. With a passion for helping children thrive, Janeia is committed to making each school year a positive and memorable experience for every student she serves.

Sarah Arias is honored to serve as one of the School Counselors at Ford Elementary. She works closely with Pre-Kindergarten, 1st Grade, and 3rd Grade students, providing a variety of supports to help all Falcons grow socially, emotionally, and academically.

With over 12 years of experience in education, this is her third year as a school counselor at Ford. Sarah is passionate about building strong relationships and is dedicated to helping every student feel safe, valued, and empowered to succeed. She feels truly grateful for the opportunity to support students and families and is looking forward to a wonderful school year ahead.
